We will cover everything from how to properly check to make sure a firearm is unloaded, to correctly identifying ammunition, to how to properly grip and aim a pistol, to the most important of the safety rules around using and owning a firearm.

This class includes lots of hands on class work before live fire range training and qualification. This is an NRA class and we will learn the NRA curriculum, by the end of this class you will have obtained a basic proficiency in pistol use and marksmanship.

In this class you will be able to bring your own firearm to the range for qualification, which you are encouraged to do. However if you need to use one of my firearms there will be a $25 rental fee on top of the class fee.
